Returns and Refunds
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original, unused condition
- Uninstalled and unmodified
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been installed, modified, painted, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. We also cannot accept returns on items purchased outside the 30-day window.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
